Clovis Elementary

Monday: Breakfast — Breakfast pizza. Lunch — Beef teriyaki blasters, steamed rice, garden salad, mini carrots w/ranch, fresh fruit.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Pancake sausage on a stick. Lunch — Chicken mac and cheese, seasoned green beans, veggie cup w/ranch, chilled fruit.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Muffin. Lunch — Bean and cheese burrito w/salsa, Spanish rice, garden salad w/ranch, chilled fruit.

Thursday: Breakfast — Frudel. Lunch — Corndog, baked beans, zucchini coins w/ranch, seasonal fresh fruit, oatmeal cookie.

Friday: Breakfast — French toast. Lunch — Chicken noodle soup, grilled cheese sandwich, seasoned corn, mini carrots w/ranch, chilled mixed fruit.

• Breakfast includes 100 percent fruit juice, fresh fruit, milk, choice of cereal, toast or graham cracker. Salad bar offered daily.

Clovis Middle

Monday: Breakfast — French toast. Lunch — Choice of boneless buffalo wings, pizza, popcorn chicken chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, burrito, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with scalloped potatoes, California veggies, fresh apple, whole wheat roll.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Peach bread. Lunch — Choice of soft chicken tacos, pizza, ham chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, corndog, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with salsa, seasoned refried beans, lettuce and tomato, chilled peaches.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Mini pancake. Lunch — Choice of smothered bean burrito, pizza, taco chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, deli sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with salsa, refried beans, Spanish rice, chilled pears.

Thursday: Breakfast — Breakfast burrito. Lunch — Choice of chili cheese dog, pizza, turkey chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, BBQ porky rib sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with fresh broccoli w/ranch, chilled fruit, cake.

Friday: Breakfast — Banana bread. Lunch — Choice of chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese sandwich, pizza, fajita chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, spicy chicken sandwich, baked fries with seasoned corn, mini carrots w/ranch, chilled pineapple.

Wednesday: Breakfast — French toast sticks, yogurt, muffins, pears. Lunch — Chicken nuggets, fries, gravy, roll, beans, pears.

Thursday: Breakfast — Breakfast burrito, fruit cocktail. Lunch — Spaghetti w/meat sauce, green beans, mixed fruit.

• Breakfast includes yogurt, granola bar, fruit, cereal, variety of juice. Lunch includes mixed salad, fresh vegetables, croutons, crackers, chips w/salsa. Milk served with every meal.

Melrose

Monday: Breakfast — Biscuits and gravy. Lunch — Rib que sandwich, garden salad, sliced cucumbers, fruit.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Breakfast pizza. Lunch — Chili mac, celery w/ranch, crackers, fruit.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Cheese quesadilla w/sausage crumbles. Lunch — Steak fingers w/ketchup, baby carrots, fruit.

Thursday: Breakfast — Breakfast casserole, fruit. Lunch — Bean burrito, lettuce, tomato, cheese, corn, pineapple.

• Alternative breakfast includes cereal, toast w/jelly. Milk served with every meal.

Portales Elementary

Monday: Breakfast — Bug bites, yogurt, fruit cups. Lunch — Corndog, carrots, broccoli, peaches.

Tuesday: Breakfast — Pancake on a stick, applesauce. Lunch — Hamburger, lettuce and tomato, fries, pineapple.

Wednesday: Breakfast — Bagel w/cream cheese, apples. Lunch — Chicken legs, mac and cheese, green beans, grapes.

Thursday: Breakfast — Cheese-filled bread stick, banana. Lunch — Steak fingers, mashed potatoes w/gravy, roll, pears.

Friday: Breakfast — Cheese stick, fruit. Lunch — Chicken quesadilla, refried beans, salad w/tomato, applesauce.

• Breakfast includes juice. All meals include milk.

Portales Secondary

Wednesday: Breakfast — Bagel w/cream cheese, apples. Lunch — Chicken legs, mac and cheese, green beans, grapes or meatball sub, fries, cucumbers, grapes.

Thursday: Breakfast — Cheese-filled bread stick, banana. Lunch — Steak fingers, mashed potatoes w/gravy, roll, pears or ram bowl (chicken smackers, mashed potato, corn, biscuit), pears.

Friday: Breakfast — Cheese stick, fruit. Lunch — Chicken quesadilla, refried beans, salad w/tomato, applesauce or Asian chicken, rice, broccoli and carrots, pineapple, rice krispie treat.

Wednesday: Breakfast — French toast sticks. Lunch — Green chile stew w/pork, pinto beans, lettuce, tomato, crackers, peaches.

Friday: Breakfast — Yogurt, granola bar. Lunch — Pizza, garden salad, sliced carrots, oranges.
