Dogs causing neighborhood distress

I have lived at 128 Park Drive in Clovis for about a year. All this time, there have been three dogs running all around, terrorizing the neighborhood.

I have called animal control every time I see them and they say they cannot catch the dogs.

The dogs, which are pit bulls, have been aggressive since day one. They have done damage to a neighbors’ fence and to mine and to my window.

I have two dogs that stay outside and I am afraid these loose dogs will attack my dogs.

If animal control cannot catch them, what can be done? My neighbors and I are like prisoners in our own yards.
