• Skywarn Spotter Training Class — 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the North Annex of the Clovis-Carver Public Library. The Albuquerque National Weather Service will train volunteer weather spotters for the Community Collaborative Rain, Hail and Snow Network. Information: 575-769-7840

Wednesday

• Quay County Weed Management Workshop — 8 a.m. to noon at the Tucumcari Convention Center, 1500 W. Route 66, Tucumcari. The free program will include workshops on weed management in alfalfa and sorghum. Attendees must RSVP before March 30. Information: 575-461-0562

• Child Find Preschool Screening — 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Floyd Municipal Schools, 1564 New Mexico 267, Floyd.
