CLOVIS — A Clovis man was found guilty this week of breaking and entering after a mistrial last month on the same case, according to a news release from District Attorney Andrea Reeb.
A Curry County jury convicted Robert Moya, 30, on Thursday of the felony charge following the one-day trial. He was arrested in June 2017 after he “forced in the front door of a recently vacated mobile home in Clovis,” said the release.
His sentencing hearing is scheduled for April 25, according to court records, and he faces 18 months along with an habitual offender enhancement that could add four years.
