• Manuel Duran, 44, failure to appear on a felony charge

• Jessie Lopez, 21, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge

• Juan Recinos-Oloroso, 31, aggravated driving under the influence, no insurance, no driver’s license, failure to maintain traffic lane

• John Diaz, 33, no proof of insurance, failure to display registration plate, driving on suspended or revoked license
