Chief operating officer named for region
J.D. Heiskell Holdings LLC recently named Rick Bowen its chief operating officer and promoted him to executive vice president, the company announced last week.
J.D. Heiskell Holdings LLC is a privately owned commodity trading and livestock feed manufacturing enterprise with local branches in Portales, Rogers and Friona.
Bowen will have oversight of the Elkhorn Trading Group and general managers of four of Heiskell’s regional operating groups in California, the Pacific Northwest, the Southwestern U.S. and the Colorado Front Range.
Bowen has served as the general manager for the California Business Group for the past three years. He will split time between the regional offices and the corporate office in Elkhorn, Nebraska.
