CLOVIS — Clovis High’s girls had their Friday contest at Artesia canceled due to weather, but coach Jeff Reed was able to quickly pick up a replacement game.
The Lady Wildcats (6-7) will host Lubbock Trinity Christian (10-11), which beat Portales 56-49 on Friday in the revamped PHS Shoot Out. The Lady Lions were to have met Clayton on Friday at PHS, but the Yellowjackets and Lady Jackets canceled due to road conditions and instead faced PHS.
Tip-off is scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Rock Staubus Gym.
