Tuesday

• 7:43 a.m.: Unauthorized graffiti, Green Acres Park.

• 8:20 a.m.: Careless driving, 14th and Norris streets.

• 9:59 a.m.: Improper backing/limitation on backing, 3300 block of Cesar Chavez.

• 11:04 a.m.: Driving under the influence, 21st and Thornton streets.

• 2:29 p.m.: Failure to appear (felony), 900 block of Mitchell Street.

• 2:33 p.m.: Larceny up to $500, 700 block of South Prince Street.

• 4:16 p.m.: Burglary, aggravated, 600 block of West 19th Street.

• 4:24 p.m.: No U-turn, 1400 block of North Main Street.

• 6:34 p.m.: Driving under the influence, 1100 block of Cameo Street.

• 6:43 p.m.: Probation violation, 100 block of Sandy Lane.

• 9:08 p.m.: Burglary - attempted forcible entry, 100 block of Rosa Boulevard.

The following were booked into the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Tuesday:

• Stephanie Mendoza, 38, contempt of court, out of state fugitive, open container, driving under the influence of liquor (impaired) (first offense), reckless driving, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (service of process), driver’s license notice of change of address, etc.

• Carmen Rodriguez, 24, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

• Robert Baltazar, 40, failure to appear on misdemeanor charge.

• Bernardo Rodriguez, 46.

• Tommy Price, 63, probation violation.

• Alex Garcia, 26, aggravated battery against a household member (great bodily harm), battery against a household member.

• Marcelo Arguijo, 43, battery against a household member, aggravated assault against a household member (deadly weapon), possession of a firearm or destructive device by a felon.

• Kaleaf Gardley, 33, battery against a household member, warrant failure to comply with probation/parole.

• Louis Abeyta, 43, reckless driving.

• Andrew Glover, 20, possession of an alcoholic beverages by a minor, failure to obey traffic control devices, driving while under the influence of intoxicating liqour or any drug (.08 or above).

The following were released from the Curry County Adult Detention Center on Tuesday:

• Delonte Shingler, 25.

• Christina Gallegos, 30.
