Texico clerk named Court Clerk of the Year

The New Mexico Municipal Court Clerks Association has named Elpidia Solis of Texico as 2016’s “Court Clerk of the Year,” according to a news release from the Municipal League.

Texico Municipal Judge Dean Henninger nominated her for the honor, applauding her achievements in her work and community service.
