• Booties — I have to start with these because they’ve been my favorites for a couple of years now. An adaptable bootie this summer is open toed. Whether they are wedged or a chunky heel, this shoe will match great with virtually any outfit.
• Wraparound sandals — Everywhere you go, you see some type of wraparound shoe. You can go embellished or simple They wrap around the ankle or calf. The ones with tassels are amazing. A sandy brown and black pair are all you need to go with summer dresses, shorts and more to finish out the summer.
• Ballerina flats — This shape is also a big trend you’ll see in abundance in department stores. I’m not the biggest fan of them myself, but they look great on a slim figure.
• Suede — Normally you wouldn’t see this material for summer, but you’re going to see a lot of suede this season. You’ll see loafers, strappy sandals and the above-mentioned booties. It’s all in suede.
• Pajama sandal — These trademarked sandals are so great. The confident shoe guru knows these styles are a hot commodity. You’ll see this comfy shoe wrapped in cowhide and adorned with pompoms. A nice upgrade from the typical athletic slide on sandal.
Just a few tips, but you get the idea. Follow this guide and your shoe this summer will be cute, comfortable and nothing less than chic.
