A look at city permits for November, according to city records.
• 6: New residential permits filed. It’s the fourth-highest month of the year. There were eight in April, and seven each in February and May.
• 2,024: Average square footage of the new residential buildings.
• 43: New residential permits filed so far for 2015.
• 11: Add/remodel residential permits issued in November, tied for the third-highest month with July. The highest months were May (14) and April (12).
• 7: Reroof permits issued in November, with seven different companies filing applications. Both numbers are the same as October.
• 108: Total reroof permits filed for the year.
• $730: Most expensive permit fee, filed by Linn Homes for a new residence on the 1200 block of Broadway.
• $24: Least expensive permit fee, filed for a roofing job on the 1300 block of Sheldon.
• 38: Total permits for November.
• $7,120: Permit fees for November, the eighth-highest monthly total of the year.
• 405: Total permits for 2015.
• $104,152.50; Permit fees for 2015.
