Clovis Elementary

Monday: Fall break- no school

Tuesday: Breakfast- Cinnamon Roll. Lunch- Popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed green salad, delicious apple, whole wheat roll.

Wednesday: Breakfast- Pancake sausage on a stick. Lunch- Homemade cheese and bean burrito, salsa, celery sticks, with ranch dressing, chilled peaches.

Thursday: Breakfast- Smucker’s waffles. Lunch- Hot dog on a bun, sweet potato fries, seasoned green beans, fruit sidekicks.

Friday: Breakfast- Banana bread. Lunch- Pepperoni pizza, fresh mixed veggie, coins with ranch, assorted fresh fruit.

*All breakfast meals are served with 100% fruit juice, fresh fruit, and cold milk, includes a choice of cereal, toast or graham cracker. Salad bar offered daily.

Clovis Middle

Monday: Fall break- no school

Tuesday: Breakfast- Cinnamon roll. Lunch- Popcorn chicken, pizza, ham chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, corn dog, spicy chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed green salad, corn, orange wedges, assorted fresh fruit and whole wheat roll.

Wednesday: Breakfast- Banana bread. Lunch- Chicken Quesadilla, pizza, chicken nugget chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, deli sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, salsa, seasoned pinto beans, ranch salad with diced tomatoes, chilled peaches, assorted fresh fruit.

Thursday: Breakfast- Breakfast Quesadilla. Lunch- Chili cheese dog, pizza, turkey chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, spicy chicken sandwich, sweet potato fries, seasoned, green beans, orange halve, assorted fresh fruit, cookie.

Friday: Breakfast- Sausage biscuit. Lunch- BBQ pulled pork sandwich, pizza, taco chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, spicy chicken sandwich, garden salad/ranch, fresh veggie cup with ranch, assorted fresh fruit, whole wheat roll.

Wednesday: Breakfast- Banana bread. Lunch- Soft taco and salsa, pizza, chicken nugget chef salad, cheeseburger/hamburger, deli sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes and gravy, spinach salad and ranch, assorted fresh fruit, whole wheat roll, cookie.

Wednesday: Breakfast- Pancake on a stick, oranges, fruit juice, and milk. Lunch-Frito pie, pinto beans, salsa, chilled pears, and milk.

Thursday: Breakfast- Cheese filled bread stick, banana, grape juice, and milk. Lunch- Personal pan pizza, carrots with ranch, green beans, oranges and milk.

Friday: Breakfast- Breakfast pizza, green apples, pineapple juice and milk. Lunch- Ham and cheese hoagie, lettuce, carrots with ranch, sour raisins, baked chips and milk.

Portales Secondary

Monday: Fall break- no school

Wednesday: Breakfast- Breakfast bar, variety of cereal, juice, variety of milk. Lunch- Chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, whole wheat roll, mandarin orange, variety of milk.

Thursday: Breakfast- French toast, sticks, yogurt peach, juice, variety of milk. Lunch- Taco, pinto beans, salsa, applesauce, variety of milk.

Breakfast includes- Yogurt, granola bar, 1/2 cup fruit, lucky charms, raisin bran, frosted flakes

Tuesday: Breakfast- Breakfast burrito with salsa, cereal assorted fruit, fresh assorted milk. Lunch- Poor man’s steak rolls, wheat broccoli, chilled pears, milk. (Salad bar MS/HS).

Wednesday: Breakfast- Banana bread squares, apple, orange or fruit juice, cereal assorted, milk. Lunch- Chicken fajitas, salsa, mixed fruit, and milk. (Salad bar MS/HS).

Monday: Breakfast- Whole wheat French toast. Lunch- Corn dogs (elementary) Bake potato with fixings, tossed salad with greens, fruit.

Tuesday: Breakfast- Cinnamon toast/apples. Lunch- Chicken fried steak patty, mashed potatoes whole wheat roll, cucumbers, fruit.

Wednesday: Breakfast- Whole wheat pancakes/bacon. Lunch- Chalupa with lettuce and tomato, corn, salsa, fruit.

Thursday: Breakfast- Cheese omelets/toast. Lunch- Beef stew, corn bread, tossed salad with greens, fruit.

Texico

Monday: Breakfast- Welch's peanut butter and jelly sandwich, cold cereal, juice and milk. Lunch- Homemade burrito with cheese, lettuce, tomato, corn, pears, milk.

Tuesday: Breakfast- Sausage biscuit, cold cereal, diced pears, and milk. Lunch- Green chili stew, wheat tortilla, squash, lettuce, tomato, fruit cocktail, milk.

Wednesday: Breakfast- Pancake on a stick, cold cereal, banana, and milk. Lunch- Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, peaches, and milk.

Thursday: Breakfast- Breakfast burrito, cold cereal, dried fruit mix, milk. Lunch- Chicken patty on a bun, sweet potatoes fries, lettuce, pickles, oranges, and milk.

Friday: No school

Melrose

Monday: Breakfast- Breakfast burrito with fruit or cereal with toast with jelly and milk. Lunch- Grilled cheese sandwich, chicken noodle soup French fries, apple wedges, with milk. (Salad bar HS).
