Wednesday

• 6:43 a.m.: Fail to yield from private drive, 2200 block of Dillon Street.

• 8:04 a.m.: Battery.

• 9:10 a.m.: Shoplifting up to $500, 500 block of East Llano Estacado Boulevard.

• 10:05 a.m.: Failure to pay fines, 1600 block of North Prince Street.

• 12:32 p.m.: Death, unattended.

• 1:33 p.m.: Fraud, 500 block of Dawn Loop.

• 3:52 p.m.: Assault.

• 6:53 p.m.: Criminal damage, 1400 block of Ross Street.

• 8:38 p.m.: Disorderly conduct, 14th and Prince Streets.

• Daniel Saiz, 44, failure to appear at time and place stated in citation.

• Jeremy Sena, 22, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle (over $2,500) possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute receiving stolen property (retain) ($100 or less).

• Andrea Fenstermaker, 25, probation violation.

• Aundra Leigh Fraze, 47, driving under the influence of liquor (impaired) (first), failure to obey traffic laws.

• Juan Jimenez, 30, aggravated battery against a household member (no great bodily harm).

• Manuel Rosas Ramos, 42, driving while the influence of liquor (impaired) (first), stopping or parking prohibited in specific places, failure to yield right of way to oncoming vehicle, operation of vehicle on approach of emergency vehicle.

• Refugio Garcia-Gonzalez, 39, driving while under the influence of drugs (first), operation of vehicle on approach of emergency vehicle, driver’s license notice of change of address.
