She was looking on the right-hand side, and I was looking on the left. Down the entire length of the shelves, and 8 feet up on either side, we were scanning the brightly colored bottles.
I had hoped for something citrusy.
To wrap up the summer days, a fresh lemony grapefruit scent seemed so appealing.
But no, it wasn’t to be found in the bargain brand I prefer.
Instead, I chose something in a pretty blue that referenced the ocean.
