• David Guiterrez, 33, criminal solicitation to commit forgery (make or alter)(over $20,000) order for transport, attempt to commit a felony, to wit: First degree murder (willful or deliberate)

• Percy M. Herrera, 41, probation sanction.

• Rakeem D. Johnson, 22, serving sanction 5 days.

• Darien Jovaugha Smolar, 20, probation violation.
