Ex-CCS athlete honored

SEARCY, Arkansas — Clovis Christian alum Kevin Naceanceno, a senior this year at Harding University, earned Capital One Academic second-team All-America honors for the 2014-15 school year.

Naceanceno, a third-team selection as a junior, placed fourth in the Lone Star Conference indoor meet and had the school’s second-fastest 200 time in outdoor competition this year at 22.13 seconds, also in LSC competition. A biochemistry and molecular biology major, he has a 3.96 grade point average.

The Bisons compete in the LSC in track and in the Great American Conference in all other sports.
