Base schedules groundbreaking ceremony

Cannon Air Force Base has scheduled a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday for replacement of the Cannon Medical Clinic.

The event is scheduled from 3 p.m. to about 3:30 p.m. at the site of the new building, west of the current clinic.
