• Joderick Rodriquez, 27, probation violation, driving while license suspended or revoked, evidence of registration, no insurance, possession of a controlled substance (felony- narcotic drug), criminal solicitation to commit tampering with evidence (capital crime or first or second degree felony).

• Andronico Roybal, 24, criminal solicitation to commit forgery (make or alter), concealing identity, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, no drivers license.

• Kathryn Smiley, 39, attempt to commit a felony ( trafficking by manufacturing), conspiracy to commit trafficking (by manufacturing).
