Business professionals

The Dora chapter of Business Professionals of America will be sponsoring an Easter food drive this week. The Roosevelt County food pantry is getting low and students want to help fill some Easter baskets. If you would like to help make this possible, please bring non-perishable goods to the Dora Consolidated Schools main office.

Progress reports

Progress reports will be handed out to students to take home today. These reports show academic progress as of the third week of the fourth grading period.

FFA events

• Today and Wednesday — Future Farmers of America district contest at Eastern New Mexico University

• Monday — Livestock practice, 4 p.m.-7 p.m.

Track

• Today — Varsity meet at Melrose, 2 p.m.

Baseball

• Friday — Dora varsity and junior varsity play Portales JV in Portales, 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

• Monday - Varsity team plays in Logan, 3 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Spring pictures

• Spring pictures of students have been scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday. Track and baseball team and individual portraits will be taken seventh hour on Thursday. Sibling portraits are also available.

Spring break

• Dora schools will be closed for spring break beginning Friday. School will resume on April 13.
