Rape trial slated to begin today

The jury trial for a 64-year old man charged with raping and impregnating a 13-year old girl begins today in District Judge Stephen Quinn’s courtroom.

Eusebio Jasper was indicted by a grand jury in 2011 for first-degree sexual penetration and four counts of second-degree sexual penetration of a child.

Attorney Jonathan Miller represents Jasper and Brian Scott Stover is prosecuting the case.
