Five sent to hospital after crash

Five people were transported to Plains Regional Medical Center on Thursday morning after an accident involving four cars near 14th and Thornton streets in Clovis.
Police Sgt. Daron Roach said no one was critically injured.
The accident happened about 9:40 a.m. Roach said a chain reaction began when one vehicle rear-ended another.
