Food Storage 101
Food Storage 101 held a canning lab Tuesday at La Casa Senior Citizens kitchen. Each person present canned six jars of chicken or beef to take home for their pantry.
The next meeting will be 7 p.m. Thursday at 1930 S. Ave. G, in the LDS Cultural Hall. The lesson will be on grains that can be used to add fiber to our diets, and to help people experiencing wheat intolerance.
