Gov. Susana Martinez will be in Clovis today to "encourage families and students to participate in the 2014 Summer Food Service Program and 'New Mexico True' Summer Reading Challenge," according to a news release from her office.

Martinez will be at Clovis-Carver Public Library, 701 N. Main, at 1 p.m., the release said.
