Representatives from more than 20 schools from all over the nation set up booths at the Education Expo at the Landing Zone at Cannon Air Force Base on Feb. 12.

They spent the day providing information about their place of education to interested military members.

"Most military members who want to go back to school are unsure of what path they should pursue," said Francisco Mancillas, 27th Special Operations Force Support Squadron education services specialist. "This expo helps them decide."

Choosing a college or declaring a major can be challenging. By bringing many options together in one place, the Cannon Education Office hopes to make the task slightly less daunting.

Throughout the day, multitudes of people, civilians and military came to the Landing Zone to explore their educational options.
