The Portales Lady Rams outscored Roswell Goddard 17-7 in the final quarter Thursday night for a 35-29 victory over the Lady Rockets at the Ram Athletic Center.

Junior guard Francis Armijo had three 3-point baskets and 13 points for PHS (14-6), while freshman guard Sheraya Cox finished with 11 points.
The Lady Rams wiped out a 22-18 deficit after three periods as Armijo hit a pair of 3-pointers and Kacie Terry added another. one.
Goddard (9-11) was led by 15 points from 5-foot-11 senior post Abby Blach. The Lady Rockets opened a three-point halftime lead by outscoring Portales 12-7 in the second quarter.
The Lady Rams are idle until next Tuesday, when they face the Texico Lady Wolverines at the RAC.
