Divorce help featured on show

Information on a template for quilting called AnglePlay and choosing happiness after divorce will be the featured topics on "Creative Living" on 9:30 p.m. Tuesday and noon on Thursday. (All times are Mountain.)

Author and quilter, Margaret Miller will show a template called AnglePlay, which makes working with the long right triangle edges in quilting much easier to piece regardless of the excess seam allowance. She owns Miller Quilts, Inc. in Bremerton, WA.

Author, Jane Thompson will talk about dating and choosing a second mate based on her book "Choosing Happiness After Divorce." She will also share some suggested resources, as well as demonstrate a recipe titled "I Don't Pesto Pizza for One!" She lives in Santa Fe.

Information on the health benefits of soy products, making a colorful and easy shawl, and new pattern drafting software will be the featured topics on "Creative Living" noon on Tuesday and 2 p.m. on Saturday. (All times are Mountain.)

Registered dietitian, Pat Baird will talk about the latest health benefits of soy products, and show some easy ways to get started using more of this food. Baird represents the Soy Foods Council and lives in Greenwich, Conn.

Evelyn Langston, owner of Ozark Crafts in Gilbert, Ark., makes costumes for many celebrities, and she's going to show how to make a quick, colorful and easy poppy shawl that she recently designed and made.

Dr. Lisa Shanley, president of Wild Ginger Software, Inc., will demonstrate how to use pattern drafting software on the home computer to create custom fit garments drafted to individual measurements. She's from Kingston Springs, Tenn.

Chocolate mini-pies

1 pkg. (12.3 ozs.) silken firm tofu

1/4 cup water

1 pkg. (3.75 ozs.) Mori-Nu Mates chocolate pudding/pie mix

6 mini graham cracker pie crusts

Cut the tofu into chunks and put it in the food processor along with the water. Process until smooth. Add the pudding powder and process again until smooth. Stop the processor, scrape down the sides of the bowl and stir. Process at least 2 minutes. Spoon the chocolate mixture into the mini pie shells, dividing it evenly. Eat right away or put in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Enjoy the pies within 3 days. Makes 6 mini-pies.
