Jan. 7

• Erin Burnworth, born in 1978, was found guilty of a first offense of aggravated DWI. Burnworth was sentenced to two days in jail with eight hours of pre-sentence credit, one year of supervised probation with costs of $30 per month and $541 in fines and fees.

Dec. 21

• Epigmenil Baltazar, born 1974, pleaded no contest to criminal damage less than $1,000 and tampering with evidence. Baltazar was sentenced to 182 days in jail and $326 in fines, fees and costs.
