Tim Southard, born in 1964, pleaded no contest to attempted aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, reduced from aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon dismissed as per a plea agreement. Southard was sentenced to 364 days supervised probation with costs of $30 per month and $73 in fines and fees.
