Social media seminar set

A free Comcast Corporation seminar Dec. 15 is designed to help non-profit organizations in maximizing the benefits of social media.

Scheduled for 9 a.m. at Eastern New Mexico University, the seminar will teach local nonprofit groups in effectively using social media to “improve the success of events, creating brand perception, increasing donations and recruiting volunteers,” according to a press release.
