Air Force Airman 1st Class Christopher T. Hook graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
He is the son of Thomas and Kathryn Hook of Portales. He graduated from Portales High School in 2007.
