A Joint Land Use Study public meeting scheduled for Thursday at the Clovis-Carver Public Library has been postponed. It has not yet been rescheduled.
The study is being conducted by Curry and Roosevelt counties to ensure operational effectiveness of Cannon Air Force Base and Melrose Bombing Range and protect interests of residents and businesses surrounding the installations.
The draft plan of the study is available at http://www.cannonafbjlus.org.
Another meeting will be scheduled in December.
