Eagles tribute band kicks off Cultural Arts Series

An Eagles tribute band will launch the Cultural Arts Series for Clovis Community College this year on Oct. 9.

Hotel California is renowned as the leading Eagles tribute band, reaching audiences world-wide with a “dynamic” stage show, according to a press release from CCC.

The performance is expected to include Eagles’ hits such as “Take it Easy,” “Heartache Tonight” and “Hotel California,” as well as songs from the solo works of Don Henly, Glen Fry and Joe Walsh.

Composed of five band members, Hotel California, “recreate(s) the sound that undeniably transcends the boundaries of Rock, R&B and Country,” the release said.

This year the Cultural Art Series consists of 12 performances from October through May, including plays, dance, music and more.

Hotel California will perform at 7 p.m. Oct. 9 at Marshall Auditorium. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for military, seniors and children, and can be purchased at the CCC Cashiers windows, Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce or the ITT office at Cannon Air Force Base.
