In the Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:

Aug. 20

• Jeremy Claudio, Y.O.B. 1990, was found guilty of possession of paraphernalia and sentenced to six months in jail and $148 in fines. Charge of possession of marijuana is dismissed per plea agreement. Sentence to run concurrent with district court sentence of six months in prison for two third-degree felony counts of child abuse or neglect, conspiracy to commit burglary, larceny and aggravated battery.

Aug. 23

• Derrell Carter, Y.O.B. 1946, was found guilty of DWI (first offense), roadways laned for traffic and registration upon demand, and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 suspended, one year supervised probation, ASPEN program, DWI school, drug/alcohol screening, 48 hours community service, ignition interlock installed on any vehicle defendant drives for one year and $373 in fines.

• William Logemann, Y.O.B. 1964, pleaded no contest to use of telephone to intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend, and was sentenced to 364 days in jail with 364 days deferred; 364 days unsupervised probation on the following conditions: No contact with victim except to make custody arrangements, and defendant will undergo a mental health assessment to determine possible need for anger management; $73 in fines.

Aug. 24

• Ian Pierce, Y.O.B. 1987, was found guilty of possession of marijuana less than one ounce and sentenced to 15 days in jail with 15 days deferred, 15 days unsupervised probation, $148 in fines and a $50 contribution to Crime Stoppers.

• Samantha Lomaintewa, Y.O.B. 1992, was found guilty of battery on a household member, battery, possession of marijuana less than one ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia, and sentenced to 364 days in jail with 364 suspended, two years supervised probation; ASPEN program; drug and alcohol screening; a Child, Youth and Families Department-approved batterer’s intervention program; must not have any contact with victim until half of intervention program is complete; and $482 in fines.

• Jayson Brooks, Y.O.B. 1988, was found guilty of assault on a peace officer and sentenced to 364 days in jail with 364 deferred, 364 days unsupervised probation, ASPEN program and $173 in fines.

• Frank Lopez Sr., Y.O.B. unknown, was found guilty of contracting without a license and sentenced to 364 days in jail with 364 deferred, 364 days unsupervised probation, $73 in fines and must apply for a contractors’ license.

Aug. 26

• Samantha Jo Trayon, Y.O.B. 1992, was found guilty of aggravated DUI, no driver’s license and careless driving, and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended, leaving two days to serve; supervised probation for one year; ASPEN program; DWI school; drug/alcohol screening; 48 hours community service; ignition interlock on any and all vehicles driven by defendant for one year; and $543 in fines.

Aug. 31

• Johnathan Pettit, Y.O.B. 1983, was found guilty of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, and sentenced to 364 days in jail with 364 days suspended for each charge, 364 days supervised probation for each charge, ASPEN program and $476 in fines. Sentences to run consecutive to each other, and to another sentence in a different case.

Sept. 1

• Jennifer Trujillo, Y.O.B. 1985, was found guilty of unlawful fishing, and sentence is deferred for 90 days, and she must pay $67 in court costs.

• Eric Baca, Y.O.B. 1974, was found guilty of exceeding the daily bag limit of channel catfish and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 suspended, 90 days unsupervised probation and $123 in fines and court costs.

Sept. 2

• Joshua Wall, Y.O.B. 1981, was found guilty of DUI (first offense) and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended, $721 in fines and fees, supervised probation for 364 days, DWI school, 24 hours community service, drug/alcohol screening and testing, victim impact panel and ignition interlock on all vehicles driven by defendant for one year.

• Hermelindo Trillo, Y.O.B. 1978, was found guilty of aggravated DUI (first offense) and sentenced to 90 days in jail with all but 48 hours suspended, $521 in fines and fees, 364 days supervised probation, DWI school, drug/alcohol testing and screening, 24 hours community service, victim impact panel, ignition interlock for one year; report to the Roosevelt County Detention Center by Sept. 9 at 9 p.m.

• Hector Solis, Y.O.B. 1967, was found guilty of DUI (first offense), roadways laned for traffic, expired registration and no insurance, and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days to serve, $724 in fines and fees, 364 days supervised probation, DWI school, drug/alcohol screening and testing, 24 hours community service, victim impact panel and ignition interlock for one year.
