Oscar Robinson is in his second term as the city councilman for Ward B. He said he ran again because he loves Portales and he can lend a positive outlook to the processes the city needs to go through. When he’s not working on city business, he drives a school bus for Portales schools. He said he enjoys watching the students grow each year.
