• Ana Ortega pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and sentenced to 364 days supervised probation; must attend ASPEN within 90 days and provide proof to probation office; probation will run concurrent with probation now serving; fined $148. Charge of possession of marijuana under one ounce dismissed per plea agreement.
• Randolph McGee was found guilty of disorderly conduct. Six months pre-sentence jail time credited, balance suspended without conditions. Fined $173.
• Ashley Lopez pled no contest and found guilty of battery on a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in jail, with 364 suspended; $173 in fines; supervised probation for two years; must attend ASPEN program within 90 days; enter and complete a batterer’s intervention program approved by CYFD; and may not have contact with victim. Probation may become unsupervised once all obligations are met.
• Liberato Lucero pled no contest and found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 364 days in jail with 364 days suspended; one year supervised probation; must attend ASPEN program within 90 days; must report to probation officer by July 9, 2010 and pay $30 monthly probation cost. Fined $198.
• Lolita Chavez pled no contest and found guilty of battery on a household member, and sentenced to 364 days in jail with 349 days suspended; two years supervised probation; must attend ASPEN program within 90 days and provide proof to probation officer; enter and complete a batterer’s intervention program approved by CYFD; not to have contact with the victim.
