OL “Jack” Anderson

OL “Jack” Anderson of Clovis will celebrate his 90th birthday from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Sunday at the Church of Christ, 16th and Pile Street in Clovis.

The celebration will be hosted by daughters Linda Watkins and Judy Wilson, and stepdaughter, Mary Ann Cable.

Born June 14, 1920, in Frost, Texas, Anderson grew up in Shallowater, Texas, graduating from Shallowater High School in 1938. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 1944, and moved to Clovis in 1952.

He owned and operated Duffy's Camera Shop on Main Street from 1952 to 1988.

Jack was married to June Burnison Anderson for 48 years, until her passing in 1990. He since married Louise Simms and has enjoyed 19 years of marriage.

The celebration is open to friends and family.
