Freedom New Mexico
Good morning, and welcome to Friday’s Freedom New Mexico morning briefing
Hunters who applied for New Mexico 2010-2011 deer, elk, antelope, ibex, javelina, bighorn sheep and Barbary sheep licenses can see if they made the drawing “lucky list” on the Department of Game and Fish website, http://www.wildlife.state.nm.us, according to a department news release.
Once at the website, they will need to log into their account.
Results will be available June 23 by telephone at (505) 476-8000, according to the release.
Hunters may also check in person at department offices in Roswell, Las Cruces, Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Raton.
Hunters who were successful in the drawings will be mailed licenses and carcass tags according to species. Unsuccessful applicants will receive refunds for prepaid license fees.
