Power outage hours changed

The hours for the planned power outage on Sunday will now be from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. to allow base civil engineers the opportunity to upgrade the power substation.

The original schedule called for the outage to last until 2 p.m., but the remainder of the upgrade will be completed at another time, likely in several weeks, that has yet to be scheduled. The outage will impact buildings and housing across Cannon as the upgrade is needed to support ongoing construction.
