Two Clovis men were arrested Friday for drug trafficking, accused of having almost $10,000 worth of cocaine in their possession.
Jesus Dominguez, 21, and Roman Ramos Villareal, 34, are charged with trafficking cocaine, conspiracy to traffic cocaine and possession of paraphernalia.
Additionally, Villareal is charged with tampering with evidence and Dominguez with possession of marijuana.
They are being held without bond based on their immigration status, according to a press release from the Curry County Sheriff’s Office.
Agents with the Region V Drug Task Force, placed the men under surveillance after receiving information the pair was delivering cocaine to someone in a parking lot on Seventh Street, the release said.
