Recent cases in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court, according to court documents:
March 22:
• Jeremy Gutierrez, 18, pleaded no contest to contempt. Gutierrez was sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation and $373 in fines and fees.
• Jacob Sealey, 19, pleaded no contest to contempt. Sealey was sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation and $373 in fines and fees.
• Eli Moreno Garcia, 19, pleaded guilty to resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. Garcia was sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation and $73 in fines and fees.
• Abran Beaza, 19, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. Beaza was sentenced to 364 days supervised probation and $637 in fines and fees.
• Eskquawn McGee, 20, pleaded no contest to possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce and possession of drug paraphernalia. McGee was sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation and $376 in fines and fees.
March 24:
• Amilio Rodriguez, 20, pleaded no contest to battery on a household member and criminal damage less than $1,000. Rodriguez was sentenced to two years of supervised probation and $126 in fines and fees.
March 29:
• Joseph Sandoval, 40, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license, unlawful possession of trout and fishing with two rods. Sandoval was sentenced to $329 in fines and fees.
March 30:
• Humberto Nava, 22, pleaded no contest to a first offense of DWI, amended from aggravated driving while intoxicated. Nava was sentenced to one year of supervised probation and $521 in fines and fees.
• Kevin Craig, 45, pleaded no contest to a first offense of DWI and the charge of careless driving was dismissed as per a plea agreement. Craig was sentenced to one year of probation and $521 in fines and fees.
• John Lee Calhoun, 62, pleaded no contest to a second offense of aggravated DWI, while charges of open container and driving without a license were dismissed as per a plea agreement. Calhoun was sentenced to eight days in the Roosevelt County Detention Center, two years of supervised probation and $721 in fines and fees.
• Robert Scott Park, 40, pleaded no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce. Park was sentenced to 364 days of supervised probation and $376 in fines and fees.
