Meetings watch: CCC board approves name for health building

The Clovis Community College Board of Trustees met Wednesday morning at Room 512 of the college.

• The board approved a resolution to name Phase II of the the Allied Health Center the Joe and Charlyne Sisler Allied Health Building. The Sisler Foundation is planning a donation tp assist construction of the center.

• The board allowed the donation of two exercise bikes to be given to Clovis High School. The equipment is being replaced, and state statute allows the college to either donate to another state agency or sell it at a public auction.

• The next meeting is 8 a.m. Jan. 13.
