Q&A: Bingaman talks health care

Sen. Jeff Bingaman, D-N.M., is beginning his fifth term as a senator, and his first as the state’s senior senator since the retirement of Pete Domenici.

The Silver City native and former attorney general is the current chairman of the Senate’s Energy and Natural Resources Committee.

Bingaman stopped by the Freedom New Mexico offices to talk about health care, the Ute Water Project and other issues.
