Friday: Lunch — Swiss steak, baked chicken, stuffed baked fish and chicken/turkey with rice. Dinner — Boneless roast turkey, tempura fried fish and chicken/turkey with gravy.

Saturday: Brunch — Onion lemon baked fish, pork schnitzel and beef spaghetti yakisoba. Dinner — Roast loin of pork and barbecue beef cubes.

Sunday: Brunch
