The Portales News-Tribune reported that the New Mexico Supreme Court ruled in favor of the City of Portales in a rezoning case brought before them by Meb Bolin, who was leading a group of Portales residents in protest against the city's plans to rezone a block on 18th Street from residential to commercial.
