Clovis Quilters

The Clovis Quilter’s met March 9 at Trinity Lutheran Church with 17 members and 2 guest present. Brenda Harpold called the meeting to order.

Elizabeth Lawrence gave Llano Estacado Quilt Guild reports.

Brenda had the block of the month and reported the donation quilt for the Hartley House Gala sold for $1,000.

The National Quilting Day on March 23rd will have quilters giving demonstrations at the Clovis Carver Library. The Curry County Centennial Chuck wagon luncheon on April 18th was discussed.

Show and tell items were shared.

Tina Ramirez shared using Press ‘N Seal to help mark quilting designs.

Amy Armenta won seven charity plus blocks and Jeanetta Mesner won nine fat quarters.

Sheryl Abdill presented the program on how to make swing machine catchalle.
