The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Portales High School.

The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Portales High School.

Blain and Toni Ingram of Dexter announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Rebecca Ingram, to Justin McCasland, both of Portales. He is the son of Randy and Cinthia McCasland of Portales.
