Cannon family honored

Col. Timothy Leahy, 27th SOW commander, center, presents Maj. Kevin Martin, who was nominated by the 73rd SOS, and his family with the Cannon 2008 Military Family of the Year award on Dec. 9. Cannon established the award to recognize outstanding families that support not only each other, but the community as well.
