A warrant was issued Thursday for a Clovis man charged with shooting at his neighbor during a dispute, court records show.
Tranell Pleasant, 19, is charged with two counts of aggravated assault and conspiracy to commit a crime.
Police responded to the 800 block of Sheldon Street around noon Wednesday for report of shots fired.
The 18-year-old victim said Pleasant knocked on his door and began arguing with him, accusing him of talking about his family, according to a police report.
The victim said the argument moved outside and Pleasant pulled out a small pistol and fired four to six rounds. The victim said he hit the ground and Pleasant kept shouting at him that he was going to kill him, the report said.
There were no injuries and Pleasant fled the area in a vehicle, according to police.
