Serving Clovis, Portales and the Surrounding Communities
State health department officials said Tuesday roughly half of the 80 Clovis residents who were potentially exposed to tuberculosis through an infected health care worker have been screened with no positive tests.
Officials announced April 16 that approximately 250 Clovis and Albuquerque residents were potentially exposed after a health worker was diagnosed with the disease.
Officials are hopeful screenings will be completed by the end of the first week in May.
