The Book Fair will be April 28-May 6.

The fourth, fifth and sixth grade track meet with Elida and Dora will be at Floyd on May 1.

The Spring Program will be at 6:30 May 5.

Childfind

A developmental screening for children from birth to 5 years of age will be held from 9 a.m.-noon Friday at Floyd Schools. The screening consists of vision, hearing, speech and language, cognitive, motor skills, daily living skills and a nutrition assessment. Children who are from birth to 3 years old may qualify to receive services in their home from ENMRSH. Children who are between 3 and 5 years of age may qualify for Floyd’s preschool program. The Floyd Preschool also accepts some children without developmental delays as peer mentors for the program. Parents need to bring their child’s immunization record, birth certificate and social security card. Information: 478-2211

Booster Club

The Floyd Booster Club still has items for sale. Backpacks, long-sleeved T-shirts, hoodies and signs for the gym are available for purchase. For more information, contact any Booster Club member or the school at 478-2211.
